NeuroTrack
NeuroTrack is a comprehensive client management tool specifically designed for the neurofeedback market. It is a web-based service that includes the following features:
- Comprehensive client database
- Password protected access for each practitioner and client
- Symptom tracking software that automatically graphs client progress across a range of variables
- Complete record of all correspondence between practitioner and client (great for remote clients)
- Individualised, password protected storage area for each client to place client session notes, assessments, reports, correspondence with other practitioners, neurofeedback session files, etc
- Automated e-mail prompts for clients to fill in symptom checklist and upload session files (ideal for clinic or remote clients)
- Automated e-mail reminders for practitioners each time a client uploads a new file
Imagine being able to safely store all of your clinical client notes in the one location and eliminate the need for a paper filing system. Furthermore, each client's details are readily available and a graph of progress across sessions is right at your fingertips. Add to that the ability to graph the average of all clients or a specific group of clients and you have a great tool for research or a means of instantly gauging your current progress as a practitioner.
NeuroTrack really comes into its own, however, with remote clients. People who are doing neurofeedback at home or in a school or other setting will have access to a simplified, streamlined reporting process. They will be able to fill in an on-line checklist that you have tailored specifically to their needs; upload the checklist and the associated neurofeedback session file (EEG or HEG) direct to their password protected storage area; and receive e-mail prompts if they fail to upload by a designated date. You will receive an e-mail prompt that they have uploaded new files; be able to instantly see the graph of their progress; and thus make any necessary protocol adjustments in an informed way. You need never lose track of a client again! |
